This multifaceted role involves close collaboration with the Operations teams to provide support and guidance on employee relations (ER) matters. As an advisor, you’ll establish robust relationships with the field team, using a coaching approach to enhance their skills while offering advice.

For this role, we seek candidates with experience in a multi-site business within the retail or hospitality industry. You should possess a broad understanding of HR and employment law, hold a CIPD qualification, and have experience in delivering ER processes and activities—preferably in a retail environment.

Your ability to handle multiple tasks and queries in an organized manner, build strong relationships as the trusted ‘go-to’ for support, and make commercially informed decisions regarding costs and benefits to both the business and its employees will be essential
