I have a fab opportunity for a TA Administrator/Coordinator to join my clients dynamic HR Operations Team in central Bristol. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to provide essential administrative support within a globally recognised, future-facing firm. They are committed to nurturing our employees and recruiting top talent, ensuring that they not only face the future with confidence but shape it.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Arranging and coordinating interviews for potential hires.
  • Processing invoices and handling recruitment-related payments efficiently.
  • Coordinating the pre-employment screening process in conjunction with our external supplier.
  • Managing the hire and onboarding process for all new experienced hires using Workday, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong recruitment administration skills, with a proven track record in a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Team player with a professional and friendly manner, able to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to providing excellent service.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, particularly Taleo and/or Workday, is highly preferred.
