This role involves leading the development and implementation of localized DEIB plans, supporting international leaders in achieving DEIB objectives, and collaborating with various teams to integrate DEIB strategies throughout the employee lifecycle.I'm looking to speak to individuals who have;?Strong expertise in DEIB including sub-agendas, challenges, and current trends.?Experience in designing and delivering localized evidence-based DEIB strategies in an international context.?Proficiency in using and analyzing data to identify gaps/trends, inform DEIB strategies, and measure impact.?Experience in building relationships and engaging with a multitude of stakeholders at senior levels to grow engagement and deliver change.?Good understanding of Learning & Development and Policies in the context of DEIB.This role is based in central Bristol, paying c£45k and offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement, up to 25 days holiday (rising to 28 days with service), Private medical insurance, enhanced parental leave and the chance to work for a growing organisation where your input matters!
