Oversee the talent acquisition in all global markets - UK, USA & APAC
Lead and develop the entire talent acquisition function, including - sourcing, mapping, onboarding and employee retention and engagement
Manage a small team of internal recruiters
Work collaboratively and build relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders
Understand the business objectives and growth goals
Ensure the recruitment roadmap and planning supports the companies goals
