JB367: HR & Recruitment Administrator
Location: Westbury-on-Trym
Salary: £26,500 - £27,500 per annum
Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a HR & Recruitment Administrator on behalf of one of our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities for the HR & Recruitment Administrator:
- Recruitment Co-ordination: manage the school’s recruitment processes ensuring that the relevant and necessary processes and information are obtained before, during and after the recruitment project.
- New Starter Onboarding: ensure that all new starters are compliant with the Single Central Register requirements and that Risk Assessments are carried out in line with regulatory requirements and the school’s policies where appropriate.
- HR Administration: Carry out administrative routines for new starters, leavers and any changes to employment terms and conditions or personal information, update iSAMS and HR files accordingly.
- Communications: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries to HR, including monitoring of the HR inbox and directing incoming emails to the Director of HR and HR Advisor as appropriate.
Skills and Qualifications for the HR & Recruitment Administrator:
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and to prioritise competing deadlines.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- We are a small team and the ability to work flexibly and supportively with others is key.
- Previous experience of working in HR, and in education, would be an advantage but is not essential. Most importantly, you will be efficient, keen to learn and quick to pick things up. This would therefore be a great opportunity for an experienced administrator with an interest in HR and people.
