We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee key aspects of our Human Resources function. This role will be responsible for employee relations (ER), recruitment, HR reporting, and supervising a small team. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring HR initiatives align with business goals while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.DAY TO DAY:Employee RelationsServing as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.Managing conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary processes in a fair and consistent manner.
