Are you passionate about shaping HR policies that drive efficiency, compliance, and a positive employee experience? Ashley Kate HR are looking for an HR Policy Manager to work with our Professional services client on a 12-month FTC. Based in the Bristol office with hybrid working this role is paying 50k - 55k dependant on experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive team and develop a policy framework across the UK and internationally.

HR Policy & Process Lead - About the role.

Maintain oversight of UK and international HR policies, ensuring they are up-to-date, legally compliant, and effectively implemented. Identify and address gaps in policies, working with the wider HR function to create and update policies and supporting materials.

Ensure policies are industry-leading by conducting thorough research and maintaining consistency across all HR documentation. Manage and update the HR knowledge base (Workday), optimising technology to improve access to and understanding of policies.

Develop engaging communications that drive cultural change in how employees and managers interact with policies.

Act as an SME for HR processes, collaborating with HR programme and operations teams to integrate policies with systems and workflows.

Lead and support HR policy-related projects, from design to launch, ensuring smooth implementation across the business.

HR Policy & Process Lead - About you

  • Proven experience in employment policy development and HR process management.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems, particularly Workday.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks, work collaboratively across HR teams, and drive change.
  • Experience leading people-related or change projects.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
