HR Advisor

Location: Bristol but happy to consider candidates across the Uk | Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (Competitive, based on experience)

Contract: Permanent | Full-Time | Hybrid Working

Are you ready to take the next step in your HR career? We're looking for an HR Advisor to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping a positive and productive workplace culture.

What You'll Be Doing:

As an HR Advisor, you'll provide essential support to managers and employees while ensuring compliance with employment law and HR best practices. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Employee Relations: Advising on disciplinary, grievance, and absence procedures, resolving HR issues, and conducting investigations.
  • Policy and Compliance: Ensuring policies are up-to-date with employment law and maintaining accurate, confidential employee records.
  • Performance Management: Supporting managers in performance reviews and coordinating training programs.
  • HR Administration: Handling HR queries, managing HR communications, and producing reports.
  • HR Projects: Driving initiatives to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.

What We're Looking For::

  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders and trade unions.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving expertise, conflict management skills, and a knack for achieving positive outcomes.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A commitment to personal and professional growth.
