Robert Half are delighted to be supporting an organisation in Bristol on the recruitment of an interim HR Advisor. This role will look to start in January 2025 and will be for 3 months.
Our client has sites across Bristol, so the contract will be remotely based but travel is required across sites in Bristol on a weekly basis. Therefore, the successful candidate needs to have full access to a car.
Our client typically works a 37-hour working week but can consider candidates who are looking for a 4-day working week instead.
Responsibilities of the HR Advisor include but are not limited to:
- Providing best practice HR advice to employees on a range of areas including absence management, capability and performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes and more.
- Delivering and enhancing the organisation's people related policies, processes and systems.
- Work closely with the HR team to oversee and support on the delivery of people initiatives.
- Continuously ensuring compliance with employment law and internal policies.
Your Profile:
- Strong experience in a HR advisory role is essential.
- Sound and up to date knowledge of UK employment law.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to facilitate strong working relationships.
- Ability to work with discretion and confidentiality.
In return, the successful candidate can expect a salary of circa £35,000 either on a fixed term contract or hourly rate basis.
