What You'll Be Doing:

As an HR Advisor, you'll provide essential support to managers and employees while ensuring compliance with employment law and HR best practices. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Employee Relations: Advising on disciplinary, grievance, and absence procedures, resolving HR issues, and conducting investigations.
  • Policy and Compliance: Ensuring policies are up-to-date with employment law and maintaining accurate, confidential employee records.
  • Performance Management: Supporting managers in performance reviews and coordinating training programs.
  • HR Administration: Handling HR queries, managing HR communications, and producing reports.
