The Organisation
Our client is a recognisable medtech company who are going through a period of transformation. They are looking for someone to join their HR team for a period of 12 months.
The Role
- This is a maternity leave cover role for 12 months.
- Oversight and management of HR administration, benefits administration, payroll and reward benchmarking.
- HR process management
- Woking with managers on performance management iniatives.
- Management of employee inductions.
Your Experience
- Ideally you would have worked in a start-up/scale up environment.
- Experience with HR transformation and change.
- Strong HR Operations experience.
