Your new roleThis organisation's programmes deliver critical work to major UK and European projects. We are currently recruiting an HR Skills Coordinator who will support the manager and group leads. Key responsibilities will be:

  • Support to the manager and group leads on the following tasks:
  • Creation and regular update of a database with people + type of competence + competency levels (DISC referential)
  • Prepare mid-term vision of necessary competences with group leads
  • Create a department organisation chart and update it as needed
  • Follow up on expert population, including steps of the expert process
  • Experts follow up
  • Staffing/people file - Regular updates
  • Support new starter onboarding
  • Support to group leads with recruitment
  • Support to group leads to the renewal of services in the different teams.
  • Succession plan - follow-up

  • Experience of working within an HR/Recruitment environment
  • Very good organisation and communications skills
  • Rigour and attention to detail
  • Team player
