Henlee Resourcing is seeking an experienced OD Consultant for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Bristol, offering a hybrid work model with 2 days per week in the office.
The position comes with a salary of up to £60,000 plus benefits, or an equivalent day rate inside IR35.
Candidates must have extensive experience in organizational development and transformation, with proven expertise in managing complex TUPE processes.
Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence are essential for this role.
Immediate availability and the ability to lead the project with minimal direction are also required.

Henlee Resourcing urgently seeks an experienced OD Consultant, for an initial 6-month contract.

Working closely with the Head of HR, you will drive organisational development and design, transformation and a small but complex TUPE process, post-acquisition of a competitor.

Suitable applicants must have extensive experience in OD and transformation experience and proven expertise in handling complex TUPE. Coupled with, strong commercial acumen, great communication skills, the ability to influence, a proactive approach and comfortable leading this project with minimal direction.
