About the role

We are looking for someone with a keen interest in cloud technology, ideally with an understanding of HR processes to join our expanding team. The Finance, People, Legal & Co-Sec Engineering Team sits within Digital Business Optimisation and acts as a Tech Partner to the business to support them in the delivery of their business strategies. As SaaS Engineer you'll be supporting our ambitious People Strategy by optimising and exploiting our technology while providing an excellent customer service experience for our colleagues, managing incidents and requests.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading the day-to-day triage and management of Workday Help and Service Now tickets.
  • Keying and managing all system access requests in the team, ensuring adherence to governance by gaining all required approvals.
  • Ensuring the highest level of confidentiality is maintained in the treatment of HL colleagues' personal data.
  • Acting as first point of contact for queries into the Finance, People, Legal & Co-Sec Engineering team and escalating as required.
  • Supporting with the delivery of small change across the Finance, People, Legal & Co-Sec Engineering Team.
  • Supporting with twice yearly Workday releases, ensuring no impact to colleagues and exploitation of new functionality.
  • Providing support to large scale projects where required i.e. testing, process guides.

About you

  • Comfortable managing a varied workload to tight deadlines
  • Desire to deliver an excellent customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of HR processes either as an end user or from a technical perspective
  • Experience using IT service Management tools, such as ServiceNow and Jira
  • Flexible and adaptable when dealing with changing requirements and priorities
  • HCM Configuration experience is a plus but not necessary

Interview process

This will be a one stage interview process consisting of competency and behavioural questions.

Working Schedule

We are based in Bristol, BS1 5HL. This role is permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We have returned to the office, however for this role we offer a flexible working pattern to enable you the option of working from home and coming into the office.
