We’re looking for Senior IT Business Analysts to head up a team of Business Analysts as well as being hands on running own projects.

Must have proven experience working at a lead/senior IT Business Analysts - managing other BAsAs well as: • Team leadership experience managing a small team.• Experience in supporting or delivering large scale business change• Understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies• Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship management skills• Excellent analytical and problems-solving abilities, and a sound knowledge of process review, business analysis and system development methodologies• A Relevant Professional IT Qualifications – BCS BA Practitioner or Six Sigma Black Belt, IT degree
