Who are we?

My client are a long standing MSP who work with clients of all different sizes within different sectors, providing IT support on everything from Operating systems to Network Support and Cyber Security. As part of a bigger, permanent recruitment drive they are looking to add short term, day rate contractors to their ranks to hit the ground running from day 1.

What will you be doing?....

As part of an ever-growing IT support team, you will be tasked with being both the first port of call our clients reach out to and also deep diving some trickier issues. You will come in with the ability to answer questions in a prompt and professional manner and deal with more basic Windows OS, Active Directory and Hardware queries there and then, but also the ability to go further into certain difficulties and solve problems with o365, VMware and network troubleshooting.

What you will need…

  • Communication is key to the role (excellent phone manner)
  • Previous experience in an IT support Service desk environment.
  • Windows tech stack
  • O365, AD, Windows OS, VMWare, Network Troubleshooting.
  • Ability to commute to Bristol office (Drive)
