Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential administrative support to the Facilities Teams.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to manage high-volume material orders.
  • Schedule work efficiently for teams operating under high demand.
  • Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.


Requirements:

  • Immediate availability with proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly via email.
  • Ability to commute to the office location as needed.
