IT Helpdesk Advisor (Temporary Position) - Central Bristol

Have you got experience working as an IT Helpdesk Advisor? Do you enjoy customer service? Are you great at solving problems? Signature Bristol are searching for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual to join a training provider in Central Bristol. This will be in a temporary basis and start next week.

The organisation are at their busiest point of the year, and are supporting many students and teachers in accessing e-learning platforms and materials. They are looking for someone to join them for 6 weeks to assist with their high volume of tickets.

  • Salary: £11.44 per hour plus holiday pay
  • Location: Central Bristol (office-based)
  • Hours: 5 days per week, flexible start/finish times (8-4/9-5/10-6)
IT Helpdesk advisor roles and responsibilities
  • Answer logged tickets from internal staff, service users, and service providers
  • Handle password resets and login issues
  • Upload training materials to e-learning platform and YouTube
  • Manage 2-3 phone calls per hour and approximately 40 tickets daily
Required experience and skills for an IT Helpdesk Advisor
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Experience in IT Helpdesk and front-line support
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Experience with virtual learning systems (desirable)
