Senior Application Support Officer - Local Government
Location: South-West England (Hybrid - Mainly Remote)
Contract: Temporary (up to 11 weeks)
Salt Recruitment is seeking a Senior Application Support Officer to assist our local government client with specific project work related to their Finance system - Unit 4 ERP. This is a hybrid role, primarily remote, with an initial in-person induction and occasional office visits as required.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing 2nd line support and issue resolution for Unit 4 ERP.
- Supporting system upgrades and enhancements.
- Using and developing a wide range of Unit 4 ERP modules, including GL, AR, AP, Planner, and Logistics.
- Writing and developing reports using SQL, Report Studio (including XtraReports), Information Browsers, and Analysis tools.
To hit the ground running, you will need extensive experience in Unit 4 ERP and a strong background in finance system support. You should be comfortable working independently, troubleshooting issues, and optimising system functionality.
