  • We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Service Desk Analyst to join a well-established organization in Bristol on a permanent basis.
  • The role offers hybrid working and requires 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
  • The salary for this position is ÂŁ30,000 per annum, along with an out-of-hours allowance and additional benefits.
  • Working hours are 37.5 hours per week, scheduled between 7:30 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with on-call responsibilities.
  • Candidates should possess good communication skills and experience with various Microsoft technologies, VMware, and network devices.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Service Desk Analyst to join a well established organisation in Bristol on a permanent basis.This role will be hybrid working.Experience: 4 years in similar role (MSP Experience Highley Desirable), driving licence and own vehicleSalary: £30,000 p.a + out of hours allowance and benefitsWorking Hours: 37.5hrs between 7:30 – 22:00 (Monday to Friday plus on call )  Certifications: ITIL Foundation, Microsoft (Desirable)
