Salary: £80,000 - £95,000 plus benefits, perks, healthcare options!

About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Platform Architect to join a dynamic team of over 150 professionals, delivering impactful IT programmes built on Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Azure. You'll be part of a team leading cutting-edge projects that create positive social impact and push the boundaries of technology.
As a senior architect, you'll work with a wide range of colleagues from emerging talent to seasoned specialists. With clients across multiple industries (Retail, Utilities, Manufacturing, Transport, and Health), you'll encounter diverse challenges, ensuring continuous growth and development throughout your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with both business goals and user needs.
- Shape user needs gathering, guiding the architecture to meet client objectives.
- Design integration architectures and interfaces using the full Microsoft technology stack.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating the art of the possible with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Inspire colleagues and clients by delivering top-tier technical solutions.
Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, with experience across the full implementation lifecycle.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack, including Azure and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with software engineering best practices, Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK, C#, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience in Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) pipelines.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including planning sprints and writing Epics, Features, and User Stories.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for continuous learning, staying up-to-date with Microsoft's evolving technology stack.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
