Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 + Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (40hrs) + Opportunity of Overtime + Holiday + Pension
Workshop based, commutable from Bristol, Bath, Avonmouth, Weston-Super-Mare and Chippenham

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of bodywork on customer vehicles and will play a big part in maintaining the company's high reputation for quality service and ensuring customers' vehicles are returned in excellent condition. Your technical expertise will be a key component in the smooth running of the workshop and the continued satisfaction of their customer base.

The Role:
* Carry out a wide range of maintenance tasks, including smart repairs, low-level repairs, diagnostics, and fitting etc.
* Be part of a growing workshop with a tight-knit team.
* Work Monday to Friday, with some potential for overtime.
* Salary band 30,000 - 40,000, depending on experience, with a benefits package tailored to match.

The Candidate:
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter, Vehicle Technician, Car Mechanic or similar role.
* Strong skills in vehicle bodywork and repairs.
* A proactive, hands-on approach and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* A willingness to learn and adapt within a fast-paced, expanding workshop environment.
