DQ Group is a leading IT, Print, Solutions company with its headquarters based in the City of London.

Due to continued growth DQ Group are looking for a workshop Supervisor based at our South West office in Keynsham. Ideally you would have at least two years' experience working within the managed print sector however we will consider applications from candidates with experience of working within an IT environment from both the dealer and distribution sectors.

Accountabilities

  • Organise and manage the workshop to meet business requirements.
  • PDI equipment within timescales to ensure deliveries and installations are professional and on time.
  • Prepare and refurbish equipment in line with company procedures and quality guidelines.
  • Manage the company stock of new and refurbished equipment. Ensure the stock database is accurate and relevant to requirements.
  • Work closely with our logistics partners to ensure smooth and effective workflow.

Hours are 09:00 - 17.30 Monday to Thursday, 09:00 - 17:00 Friday. You must be prepared to be flexible and undertake additional duties which may result from changing circumstances.
