Red Recruitment is recruiting a Claims Handler with previous Claims experience to join a thriving and vibrant team in Bristol City Centre. This position contains many benefits including great transport links, an annual bonus, and a generous salary of up to 25,000 per annum.

Benefits and Package for a Claims Handler:

  • Salary: Up to 25,000 per annum
  • Hours: 35 hours per week, shift patterns from Monday - Friday, between 8am - 6pm
  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Location: Bristol City Centre
  • Hybrid working options are available after the 4 months probation period, but you must live in Bristol as you will be required to work in the office at least once a week

Key Responsibilities of a Claims Handler:

  • Helping customers with any third-party injury claims
  • Keeping customers updated throughout the course of the claim through to the settlement
  • Engaging with a variety of third parties to gather the necessary information
  • Delivering outstanding service and exceeding the needs of all customers
  • Making fair decisions on customer claims

Key Skills and Experience of a Claims Handler:

  • Previous experience in either Motor, Employers Liability or Public Liability Claims
  • Strong communication skills, with the confidence to negotiate are required
  • Fantastic listening skills and an empathetic nature are essential for this role
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is required
