We are seeking an Air Import Agent to join our team within the international logistics industry. Day-to-day of the role:
- Receive and prepare documents for shipment processing.
- Efficiently route shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage freight receipt and oversee the processing of shipments.
- Monitor shipments and provide updates to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize standard office equipment for communication and documentation purposes.
- Perform tasks primarily while seated at a desk, with occasional physical demands.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the global logistics industry.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Word.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations.
