Hours:2 p.m. 10 p.m., Monday to Friday
Salary:£32,200 per annum
Are you an experienced warehouse professional with a knack for leadership? We are looking for aWarehouse Team Leaderto manage a team of 5-6 in our busy warehouse. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations, quality control, and effective communication across shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of 5-6 warehouse staff
- Organize daily tasks, handle quality checks, manage shift reports, and oversee stock control
- Coordinate shift handovers to maintain a seamless operation
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
Experience Required:
- Strong background in warehouse operations or a similar environment
- Proven experience in a supervisory role

Salary & Benefits:
- Annual salary of £32,200
- Overtime rates: 1.33x for weekday work, 1.5x for the first 8 hours of weekend work, and 2x for additional weekend hours
- 240 hours of annual leave
