Are you a highly organised individual with experience in financial services?Our client, one of the UK’s largest investment management firms is looking for an Investment Administrator to join their Bristol based team.Your responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative client and financial adviser queries and respond by phone, letter or email
  • Facilitate opening new accounts assuring a smooth process
  • Assist investment managers with ongoing portfolio management, identifying debit positions and forthcoming standing orders
  • Make client and third-party payments and monitor incoming and outgoing in-specie or cash transfer
  • Write and respond to emails and letters as well as talking to clients on the phone

Your skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and telephone skills
  • Ability to work independently, proactively and well in a team
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Ideally, but not essential, you will have experience in a similar role as an Investment Administrator within Wealth or Investment Management
  • Interest in financial services or a good understanding of our financial services
