About the RoleAs a Client Services Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting financial planning and investment management operations. Working closely with Paraplanning, Financial Planning, and Investment Management teams, you will ensure the seamless execution of administrative tasks that form the backbone of excellent client service.

- Proven administration experience, ideally within financial services.
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills (GCSEs in Maths and English at grades A-C or equivalent).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and client database systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
