Hays are supporting a law firm in central Bristol with the recruitment for a permanent MI / Data reporting administrator. The salary is circa £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience and offers hybrid working 2 days per week on site. In the role you will support the firm's Management Information team and ensure accurate and complete recording of data and MI reports. You'll ensure accurate reporting of claims data, business intelligence and KPIs. In the role you will manage the MI inbox, extract key data and produce monthly reports. You'll assist in the validation and analysis of claims data and work with the wider team to improve reporting efficiency and automation. To be considered, you will need experience in a similar data / MI administrator role. You'll need strong Excel skills, data extraction skills and ideally and understanding of insurance, litigation and claims handling.
