- Demonstrated experience in offender management or rehabilitation programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Understanding of the challenges faced by older individuals within the criminal justice system
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach towards supporting individuals through their reintegration journey
- A relevant degree or professional accreditation in social work, criminology, psychology, or a related field
- Additional training or certification in rehabilitation or reintegration practices
- Experience working within the justice system or with vulnerable populations is highly desirable
