The Role:
They are offering an exciting opportunity to run a Business Support, HR or Finance desk. The role is for an experienced 360 recruiter, offering flexible hybrid working hours.
You would be based remotely with a requirement to work out of the Cardiff office once a week.
You will be working with a variety of clients therefore strong communication skills are essential. As well as the ability to build new business.
Experience Requirements:
• The ideal candidate will be coming from a recruitment background with at least 2 years of 360 agency recruitment experience.
• Experience in HR, Business Support or Finance recruitment is essential.
• You must be confident in creating job specifications, identifying key competencies and sourcing great talent through LinkedIn and other job boards.
• Someone who is self-motivated, has a positive attitude and can confidently manage their own workload would be a great fit for this position.
