An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Town Planner to become an integral part of a top-tier team in Bristol. In this role, you'll have the chance to work on a variety of projects across the South West, including residential developments, significant industrial and logistics initiatives, retail transformations, and urban regeneration efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare thorough planning appraisals for land, buildings, and concepts.
- Develop and submit planning applications, including detailed planning statements.
- Advocate for land through the Local Plan process, engaging at all levels, including Examination in Public.
- Create insightful reports, analyzing data to provide clear, actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with planning officers, consultation organizations, and other stakeholders.

Key Skills:

- MRTPI and/or MRICS qualified, or in the process of obtaining qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present persuasive planning arguments.
- Strong multitasking capabilities, effectively managing multiple projects while reporting to senior team members.
- A commitment to mentoring and supporting junior colleagues and graduates.
