Employment Solicitor – 3-9 PQE | Top 100 Law Firm | BristolA prestigious Top 100 law firm in Bristol is seeking an Employment Solicitor (Associate level) with 3-9 years’ PQE to join its highly regarded team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-quality employment law matters, with a market-leading salary and excellent career progression prospects.The Role: You will handle a broad range of employment law and HR matters for employers, including:
  • Employment Tribunal cases – managing cases from inception to final hearing, including directions compliance, detailed discovery exercises, and witness statement preparation.
  • Advisory work – providing strategic advice on disciplinary proceedings, grievances, redundancies, and discrimination issues.
  • Contract and policy drafting – preparing contracts of employment, handbooks, policies, and advising on settlement agreements.
  • Employment-related data protection matters (advantageous but not essential).
The Candidate: We are looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor who:
  • Has strong Tribunal litigation experience and has run cases independently.
  • Is confident in advising clients on day-to-day employment law issues.
  • Has experience drafting employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
  • Can work autonomously while also being a strong team player.
