As the firm continues to grow in Bristol, they are looking for an Employment Lawyer to join their fantastic Employment team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about employment law to get involved in a range of contentious and non-contentious matters, while also supporting the firm’s Corporate Team with employment-related issues.

Key Skills & Experience:

Qualified Employment Lawyer with solid experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.

Experience working with employer clients, advising on everything from disciplinary issues to redundancies and discrimination claims.

Corporate support experience is a must—working alongside corporate teams on employment-related matters.

Strong attention to detail, excellent drafting skills, and a passion for providing top-notch client care.

A problem solver who can think creatively and offer solutions to clients.

A friendly, confident, and professional manner with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with a genuine interest in developing within the firm.
