The Banking team offers the opportunity to handle City-quality cross-border work for an impressive list of high-profile national and international clients. Your new roleYou will be joining this highly regarded practice and working alongside professional and friendly colleagues, offering a full complement of banking advice to borrowers, lenders and providers of debt transactions. You will also be working closely with colleagues from across the firm in corporate, real estate and tax, and enjoy exposure to the full remit of lending work, ranging from project finance and asset finance, to acquisition finance and real estate finance.What you'll need to succeedYou will be an ambitious recently qualified Banking lawyer, who has worked for a leading City or national banking practice. You will have experience of advising clients on complex financing matters and ideally have experience of advising on both UK and cross-jurisdictional matters. This will include knowledge of LMA standard form documentation. Time management is essential in this role, due to a varied workload.
