- Employment Tribunal cases – managing cases from inception to final hearing, including directions compliance, detailed discovery exercises, and witness statement preparation.
- Advisory work – providing strategic advice on disciplinary proceedings, grievances, redundancies, and discrimination issues.
- Contract and policy drafting – preparing contracts of employment, handbooks, policies, and advising on settlement agreements.
- Employment-related data protection matters (advantageous but not essential).
- Has strong Tribunal litigation experience and has run cases independently.
- Is confident in advising clients on day-to-day employment law issues.
- Has experience drafting employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
- Can work autonomously while also being a strong team player.
