Commercial/IT Associate/Senior Associate Solicitor – Bristol
This is an exciting opportunity to join a Legal 100 law firm in Bristol in the Commercial/IT team. As a Senior Associate Solicitor with at least 5 PQE, you will be part of a team working on high-profile, high-value commercial/ICT projects, outsourcing arrangements and general commercial contracts.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in contract drafting, reviewing and negotiation (including IT contracts)
- Interest in IT or technology law with a strong desire to further develop expertise
- Ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate with other disciplines
What You Will Do
- Advise a variety of public and private sector clients
- Be part of a major outsourcing program
- Manage commercial transactional projects and supervise junior members of the team
