Your new firmAn exciting Commercial Property Associate/ Senior Associate opportunity has arisen with our Top 100 client in their Bristol office. This collegiate and genuinely friendly team have a market-leading reputation and are now looking to add to their team with a talented and experienced Commercial Property Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor. Your new roleYou will be joining a friendly team, assisting with advising clients and contributing to business development activities, whilst playing an active role within the team. You will be confident in handling a broad commercial property caseload including in leases of commercial land and buildings, acquisitions and disposals, asset management and wider development work. What you'll need to succeedYou will be an experienced commercial property solicitor with experience of a broad diet of property work. Experience within the education or wider public sector would be a distinct advantage but is not essential. You will be self-motivated whilst still being a key team player.
