Commercial Associate Solicitor (Life Sciences/TMT) – Bristol
An exciting opportunity has arisen at a top tier firm within its leading commercial life sciences team which advises a prestigious client base, including blue-chip companies, universities and charities.
About the Role
This role focuses on advising life sciences clients across all stages of the product lifecycle, covering intellectual property, collaboration agreements, commercialisation, supply chain and regulatory matters.
Responsibilities include:
- Drafting & negotiating commercial contracts, including licensing, collaboration, supply and distribution agreements
- Advising on IP, IT, technology and data protection issues
About You
- Qualified solicitor with circa 2 years PQE +
- Strong knowledge of life sciences and/or the technology sector
- Expertise in IP, IT, technology and data protection
- Regulatory knowledge (not essential)
