What you'll do:

As a Construction Solicitor, your role will:

  • Be a part of our Contentious Construction team, working on a range of construction and engineering disputes.
  • Cover all aspects of risk management, strategic advice and dispute resolution.
  • Work closely with national and international clients on major disputes and dispute avoidance strategies.
  • Engage with emerging issues and disputes in the rapidly evolving landscape of utility-scale battery storage and solar farm projects.
  • Handle financing issues, catastrophic failure as well as delay and availability problems.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Construction Solicitor role is a collaborative professional with:

  • 2+ years PQE in a contentious construction or dispute resolution team.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and expand your network within the industry.
