Join our client's team, specialising in a broad range of corporate legal services. We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their growing Bristol team. This role offers the opportunity to work on significant projects involving mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and private equity, under the guidance of a highly experienced Partner recognised in The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver high-level client service in corporate law matters.
  • Manage financial aspects of cases including time recording, billing, and work in progress (WIP).
  • Drive business development and networking to enhance the firm's presence and your own professional growth.
  • Maintain and update technical expertise in corporate law.
  • Develop interpersonal skills to enhance client relationships and team collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) standards.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support the team and clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in corporate law with a minimum of 5 years PQE.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage a caseload independently.
  • Proven financial and case management skills.
  • Proficiency in IT systems relevant to legal case management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly and self-starting attitude.
