Property Litigation Lawyer - 5+ PQE

Location: Bristol

This is what you will be doing:

As a Property Litigation Lawyer, you will:

  • Handle a broad range of property disputes, including landlord and tenant matters, telecoms issues, adverse possession, easements, and title disputes.
  • Advise and represent national and international clients in contentious property matters, including Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 lease renewals, dilapidations, and break notices.
  • Collaborate with a highly regarded Real Estate team, working on complex cases that require a strategic and commercial approach.
  • Supervise and mentor junior colleagues, providing guidance and ensuring high-quality legal work.
  • Contribute to business development, strengthening relationships with existing clients and supporting the firm's continued growth.

The experience you will bring to the team:

You will bring the following experience to the Property Litigation team:-

  • At least five years of post-qualification experience (5+ PQE) in property litigation.
  • In-depth knowledge of landlord and tenant law, particularly Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 renewals (both opposed and unopposed).
  • A strong commercial mindset, with the ability to provide practical and strategic legal advice.
  • Proven experience in mentoring and supervising junior colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills, with the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
