Are you a dedicated legal professional looking to make a significant impact in the lives of vulnerable individuals? A highly regarded law firm in Bristol is seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor to join their long-established team and work alongside a specialist in the Court of Protection industry.  The firm prides itself on its supportive and collaborative environment, ensuring that each team member can thrive and excel in their role. With an influx of work due to client referrals, this is an exciting time to become part of a dynamic and forward-thinking legal practice. The successful candidate will be working on all aspects of Court of Protection for both elderly clients and individuals who have suffered brain injuries. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Making applications to appoint replacement trustees
  • Statutory will, gifting and compromise applications
  • Deputyship Administration
  • Investigating and reinstating the incapacitated person’s estate
  • Working with other teams in the firm where the client requires litigation to be undertaken on their behalf
  • Applications for recognition and enforcement
The ideal candidate must have strong Court of Protection experience, particularly within elderly care work.  In addition to a competitive salary, the firm offers a range of employee benefits to include:
