Douglas Scott are currently working with a highly regarded, national law firm who are seeking a Defendant EL/PL Litigation Executive to join their busy team in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded firm that can offer you good quality work and excellent career prospects. As a Defendant EL/PL Litigation Executive you will be handling a caseload of defendant fast track EL/PL matters from inception to completion. There will be opportunities to get involved with multi-track work as you progress within the team. The successful candidate should have previous experience of managing fast track and litigated Personal Injury matters. Whilst EL/PL experience would be ideal, candidates with RTA experience who are keen to move into an EL/PL role will also be considered. In addition to a competitive salary, the firm offers a range of employee benefits to include:
