Clark James Insurance Recruitment currently have 2 exciting opportunities for experienced Litigators to join a leading law firm, this role will be part home part office based reporting into Bristol so you will need to live near enough for a visit or 2 a week to the office.

The roles available are

  • CIVIL LITIGATOR
  • EMPLOYMENT LAWYER

The role

  • You will be managing a varied caseload of disputes
  • You will be taking initial instructions and providing clear and accurate legal advice. This will involve progressing claims pro-actively and in a timely manner

What we are looking for

  • Experience of handling a caseload of property/civil or employment disputes.
  • Experience of handling small claim and fast track litigation.
  • Experience of looking after Legal Expenses Insurance-funded claims would also be desirable but is not essential.
