Sonic Summary

Clark James Insurance Recruitment is seeking experienced Litigators for two positions: Civil Litigator and Employment Lawyer.
The roles are part home-based and part office-based, requiring candidates to be located near Bristol for occasional office visits.
Candidates should have experience handling a caseload of property/civil or employment disputes, as well as small claims and fast track litigation.
Experience with Legal Expenses Insurance-funded claims is desirable but not essential.

Clark James Insurance Recruitment currently have 2 exciting opportunities for experienced Litigators to join a leading law firm, this role will be part home part office based reporting into Bristol so you will need to live near enough for a visit or 2 a week to the office.

EMPLOYMENT LAWYER

The role

You will be managing a varied caseload of disputes
You will be taking initial instructions and providing clear and accurate legal advice. This will involve progressing claims pro-actively and in a timely manner

What we are looking for

Experience of handling a caseload of property/civil or employment disputes.
Experience of handling small claim and fast track litigation.
Experience of looking after Legal Expenses Insurance-funded claims would also be desirable but is not essential.
