Employment Solicitor/Legal Executive – Bristol

My client, a highly ranked Legal 100 firm is seeking an Associate level employment lawyer to join its thriving tier 1 ranked team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handling a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
  • Representing clients in complex and high-profile employment disputes
  • Advising on disciplinary actions, grievances, redundancies and discrimination
  • Drafting employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements
  • Supporting corporate teams with employment law aspects of M&A and business restructures

What You’ll Need:

  • Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with at least 3 years' PQE
  • Solid employment tribunal experience
  • Strong advisory skills across grievances, redundancies, discrimination and data protection
  • Corporate support experience is a plus
