Your new companyThis national law firm has a strong reputation for its family work. Due to continued growth of their Family law team, they're looking for lawyers to join them across a variety of levels, from newly qualified up to Senior level.They offer a flexible and agile (home) working environment, so you can adjust your working location to suit your personal circumstances. This is a largely home working role involving some travel to one of their offices nationally. (For example, their Bristol office is based just outside of Bristol city centre, and they are located in a very commutable location from South Wales, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire.) Your new roleIn this role, you'll manage a variety of new and existing family caseloads end to end with a client focused approach to targets. You won't need to bring a following of clients with you as the firm will source these for you. As a fast-growing business, they're committed to supporting your development and providing you with the opportunity to shape their future. If you're bought in at the senior level there will also be some line management responsibilities for associate solicitors (if desired). What you'll need to succeed You should be a qualified family solicitor or legal executive, if joining at the NQ level you will have completed a seat in family. With a well-rounded skill set, you should be adept at forging lasting relationships with clients. Experience in handling privately funded family law matters would be a bonus.
