A well-established law firm is looking for a Family Solicitor with 4-5 years PQE to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to handle a broad range of private family matters while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. In any of their Devon or Bristol offices.

The Role:

  • Managing a full caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, cohabitation disputes, and pre/post-nuptial agreements
  • Advising clients on complex financial matters, including high-net-worth cases and asset division
  • Representing clients in court proceedings and working closely with counsel where necessary
  • Drafting legal documents, agreements, and court applications
  • Negotiating settlements and advocating for clients in mediation and dispute resolution processes
  • Supporting the Head of Family in growing and developing the department
  • Engaging in business development and networking to strengthen client relationships
