Our client is seeking a Property Litigation Associate to join their expanding team in Bristol. This role offers an exciting opportunity to advise a diverse range of public and private sector clients on contentious property advice and litigation. The successful candidate will handle property litigation in UK courts and tribunals, providing wider contentious property advice outside of the litigation process. Experience or interest in the Building Safety Act 2022 and residential leasehold management work would be beneficial but not essential.

As a Property Litigation Associate, you will play a crucial role in advising a diverse range of clients on contentious property advice and litigation, including:

  • Provide legal advice to a varied range of public and private sector clients
  • Handle property litigation cases in UK courts and tribunals
  • Offer wider contentious property advice outside of the litigation process
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues as a team player
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to junior colleagues
  • Manage your own caseload with support from senior colleagues
