The team wants an individual to support its growth by handling a variety of contentious commercial property matters, including telecoms, landlord and tenant disputes (e.g., 1954 Act renewals, dilapidation, break notices), and general property issues like adverse possession and easement disputes. With a busy caseload, the role offers immediate involvement in high-quality client work, both as a fee earner and supervisor.
