The firm’s retail practice is one of the largest nationally and continues to expand, serving an impressive client base including landlords, tenants, developers, and investors, with portfolios spanning telecoms, retail, energy, government, transport, and infrastructure. The team wants an individual to support its growth by handling a variety of contentious commercial property matters, including telecoms, landlord and tenant disputes (e.g., 1954 Act renewals, dilapidation, break notices), and general property issues like adverse possession and easement disputes. With a busy caseload, the role offers immediate involvement in high-quality client work, both as a fee earner and supervisor.
